Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control when logging into RAC-level and Instance-Level database targets throws the following exception:
"Regions that display real-time data will not be displayed. Exception while loading RAC Database Home Page. Connection Cache with this Cache Name does not exist"
"Failed to connect to the target database. Regions that pull real-time data from the database will not be displayed."
"Failed to connect to the target database. Regions that pull real-time data from the database will not be displayed."
