Symptoms
OMS_HOME/bin>./emctl start oms
Fails to start OMS and gives Oracle Management Service Could not be started.
$EM_INSTANCE_BASE/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS1.out reports following errors:
Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError thrown from the UncaughtExceptionHandler in thread "Timer-2"
