Goal

Described below is a method for removing a pluggable database (PDB) from a container database (CDB) using Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control.
This procedure not only removes the target from the EM 13.2 Cloud Control display, but also removes the PDB instance from the CBD.
