Symptoms

For a RAC target in Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.1 Cloud Control, when a threshold is exceeded once, many Global Cache Blocks Lost metric alert notifications are sent and do not stop. In this time, the value in v$sysstat, which represents this metric, is normal.
