Symptoms

Real Application Cluster Database target discovery in Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control using the Guided Process fails with the following exception even if the EM DATABASE BUNDLE PATCH 13.2.1.0.170331 or higher patch (Including BUG:24951130 fix) has been applied:
