Fleet Maintenance for database patching, Single Instance High Availability (SIHA)

This is the procedure used:

1) Create SIHA gold image
2) Check availability for new targets
3) Subscribe new target to gold image
4) Update version of gold image
5) Create new gold image based on subscription
6) Deploy SIHA software

Checking the target location:

$ grep <GRID_ID> /u01/app/oraInventory/ContentsXML/inventory.xml

shows that <GRID_ID> is new SIHA oracle home

During deploy fails with the following error:
