Symptoms
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c "Patch Advisories" window (in Exadata) is reporting the next error during a “Refresh Configuration” action:
Error: The refresh operation failed for the target agent13c1_14_dmp……9738. Either the agent could be down or target was not reachable to the agent. Check the logs for more details.
