Symptoms

In EM13c, getting repeating errors in the gcagent_errors.log file:

ERROR - Failed to save target: [oracle_si_server_os.<hostname>/server/server_os]
oracle.sysman.gcagent.metadata.MetadataExecutionException: No such metadata for target type [oracle_si_server_os] for target [oracle_si_server_os.<hostname>/server/server_os]

Changes

 Recently upgraded opatch to version 13.9.2.1.0
