EM 13.2 : Relocate operation on Target Database (PDB) Fails with RMAN-02001: unrecognized punctuation symbol "+" (Doc ID 2375075.1)

Symptoms

From EM 13.2 Console page, Target Database (PDB) Home page > Oracle Database > Relocate 

Relocate operation on 12.1.0.2 Database target fails at "OS Image Backup" step with the following error:
