Symptoms

NOTE: In the images, examples and document that follow, user details, cluster names, hostnames, directory paths, filenames, etc. represent a fictitious sample (and are used to provide an illustrative example only). Any similarity to actual persons, or entities, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

On OEM 13.2, after manually discovering the BDA target with the BDA Plug-in, MySQL Server shows as having "down" status even though MySQL is running normally on BDA nodes.

In OEM 13.2 see MySQL is "down":

But the cluster shows the MySQL server is up.  See the correct MySQL Server status using bdacheckcluster on Node 1 of the BDA cluster.

Changes

Discovered the BDA target manually on OEM 13.2.
