Symptoms
Applying or Analyzing one-off patch :
<Patch 25453518> Flag usages of Flex for custom UI in MP plug-ins
Hangs and never completes.
Verified that proper omspatcher/opatch version are in place:
OPatch Version: 13.9.2.1.1
OPatch succeeded.
OMSPatcher Version: 13.8.0.0.2
OPlan Version: 12.2.0.1.6
OsysModel build: Thu Feb 08 09:15:46 PST 2018
OMSPatcher succeeded.
This can occur on all the versions of Opatch 13.9.2.1.0 or 13.9.2.1.1 or 13.9.3.2.0 and OMSPatcher 13.8.0.0.2 or 13.8.0.0.3
This patch is mandatory for OMS 13.2.1/13.2.2/13.2.3 version plugins which basically requires Flex UI functionality for monitoring respective targets.
So before deploying or upgrading plugins to 13.2.1 or 13.2.2 or 13.2.3 on OMS, you need to apply this patch on 13.2 OMS.
