Target Properties of RAC Database target 'IC900_01' is updated using emcli

$ emcli set_target_property_value -property_records="Targetname@rac_database@LifeCycle Status@Production" -subseparator=property_records="@"
Properties updated successfully
$ emcli set_target_property_value -property_records="Targetname@rac_database@MonitoringOption@SMT" -subseparator=property_records="@"
Properties updated successfully

When checking the target properties, it specifies the custom property 'MonitoringOption' as SMT. When we check the 'Target Information', 'Member of' section does not list the Administration Group 'SMT'.

When the target properties are updated from Console, the Admin Group associations are listed correctly
