Exadata : EM13c: Access Point AP1 and AP2 Are Sending False Alerts For The Cisco Switch. (Doc ID 2382715.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Control 13c sending lot of false alerts for Cisco/Ethernet switch UP/DOWN.

This behavior is same across other Engineered Systems as well.

Issue is with the Response collection of this metric from the Cisco Switch.

We do see these errors in the gcagent.log file during the time of alert.
