Symptoms
Unable to run repeating DataPump export jobs against 12.1.0.1 PDBs (pluggable databases) from OEM.
The scheduled jobs fail with:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
SP2-0640: Not connected
ERROR: No data pump job named "<jobname>" exists in the database.
even though preferred credentials are set correctly and non repeating export jobs work without error.
The issue reproduces with 12.1.0.5 & 12.1.0.6 DB Plugin against 12.1 PDB databases.
The step by step instructions to reproduce the error are:
- Targets -> Databases -> select a pluggable database
- Schema -> Database Export/Import -> Export to Export files
- Type : Schemas
-> Step 1 select a schema, Step 2 and 3 hit next
-> Step 4 select Start Later <date> / Repeat Interval <n>
-> Step 5 Submit Job
- When the job runs it will fail with:
