How to change the Time Zone (TZ) Which Appears In the EM Console's 'Last Refreshed' timestamp (Doc ID 2383109.1)

Let's say the Time Zone (TZ) for the Date/Time Stamp of the 'Last Refreshed' date in the EM console shows a time zone UTC , and you want to change it to show the correct local time-zone, i.e., CST/CDT (Mexico_City, etc;.,) - how can this be accomplished?
