13c: Analyzing Agent Patch Using Patch Plan Shows Inconsistent Agent Hostnames

Symptoms

After analyzing a patch for patching multiple agents using Patch Plan, clicking on "Show Detailed Results" opens up a page which shows incorrect host details.

The symptoms are observed for Agent bundle patch or one-off patches or Any Plugin bundle patch for agents.
