Symptoms

createSoftwareImage failed with Unable to fetch the oracle home version and platform  

[oracle@lvdbsi00050 tmp1]$ emcli db_software_maintenance -createSoftwareImage -input_file="data:/u07/for_OEM_prov/tmp1/SIDB12102_171017_input"
Verb createSoftwareImage unsuccessful
Unable to fetch the oracle home version and platform.
Please verify that the oracle home target name is passed correctly or the oracle home collection are happened properly.
