Symptoms
After upgrading the EM from 12c to 13c, HAS targets generating the following false alerts.
For 12c releases, we can use the steps given in the following document to avoid these alerts.
EM 12c: How to Disable Diskmon and ONS Monitor from Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control to Stop Notifications: Message=ora.diskmon has 1 instances in OFFLINE State (Doc ID 2060296.1)
These steps are not applicable for 13c releases.
