EM13c: Some Targets In Information Publisher Report for Availability History Showing Status as Pending (Doc ID 2400964.1)

Symptoms

After EM upgrade to 13.2.1.0.0 , Target availability report (default IP report) shows History column as Status Pending (Yellow line), even though targets are up and running and status shows as UP in the report.

Changes

OMS upgrade from 12.1.0.5 to 13.2
