EM13c: OMS Fills up Filesystem mount point and upon Complete Restart, Free Space increases (Doc ID 2403778.1)

The mount point (Example: /u01) which has the OMS Installation fills up.

Normally /u01 have ~35GB of 100GB used, but oms fills it up to 100 GB ( to 100% ) over a few days.

df command shows that /u01 is full. But du command shows that in /u01 is only ~35 GB.
