Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, the Oracle Virtual Platform, Oracle VM instance and Oracle Server Targets are shown in "Availability Evaluation Error" Status.
The Agent command to see the Oracle Virtual Platform Target Response throws the below errors.
$AGENT_HOME/bin/emctl control agent runcollection hostname.domain.com:oracle_si_virtual_platform Response
