EM13c: Getting Intermittent OMS Down False Alerts (Doc ID 2412230.1)

Symptoms

Receiving intermittent OMS Down alert and it gets cleared automatically.

OMS Console / PBS Services being reported intermittently as DOWN and automatically clears the alert as well.

During the time when the alerts are generated, it is observed that below errors are seen in ohs.log.

"apr_socket_connect call failed with error=70007, host=A.B.C.D, port=NNNN'
