Goal
Upgrade the jdk in the $ORACLE_HOME of the 11.2.0.4 Enterprise Manager (EM) Database Control and Database using this procedure.
This major version jdk upgrade (JDK7U141) is also for other database components using the jdk and is applied in the form of a database Oracle Home patch.
Note this solution does not apply to the 11.1.0.7 version of the database, nor does it apply to the 12c versions, where EM Database Control is no longer an included product.
