Symptoms
When logging into the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Console, upon successful completion of the upgrade
of the Fusion MiddleWare Plugin, all JVM targets were showing a status of DOWN when they were known to
be UP. After refreshing the WebLogic Server Domain from the console did not help.
Changes
The Fusion MiddleWare Plugin was upgraded from 13.2.x to 13.2.3.
