Symptoms

EM13c

Getting the following error on OEM when trying to open new OEM screen pages in browser:

ADF_FACES-30200: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry begining with: The UIViewRoot is null. Fatal exception during PhaseId. RESTORE_VIEW 1.

The exact error text may vary, but the 30200 error is consistent.

Users are able to login/logout of EM without issues.

The issue is typically intermittent, and can happen for all target types.

It may be observed that the user seeing the error has multiple browser tabs open.
