EM 13.2 : Creation of Dynamic Group Using EMCLI (Doc ID 2424799.1)

From EM Console, we can create a dynamic group through Setup → Add Target → Dynamic Group.

To automate the above process and to achieve it from command line, we have EMCLI verb create_dynamic_group.
