13c EM - Repository SYSMAN User Account in Status EXPIRED(GRACE) (Doc ID 2427938.1)

Symptoms

Unable to connect to the OMS repository database as SYSMAN user after changing SYSMAN's database user's PROFILE

Also, EMCLI fails with the following error trying to login as SYSMAN

$OMS_HOME/bin>./emcli login -username=sysman
Enter password : xxxxxxxxxx

Error: Login failed. Retry with correct hostname, port or username / password else check the log files for further details.
Log file location is : /u01/app/oraem/gc_inst/gc_inst_13200/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/emcli/setup/.emcli/.emcli.log

Changes

Changed SYSMAN user PROFILE in the OMS repository database.
