When performing Exadata discovery with IB Switch firmware 2.2.9-3 in Enterprise Manager 13.2 and 13.3, if the ilom-admin user is provided for the username on the Infiniband Discovery step, discovery will fail.
Example error displayed as Critical Error on Prerequisite Check step:
EXM-0400:Access to switch <switch_name> failed
