EM 13.2 Additional OMS Upgrade Fails With Error: Bean Already Exists (Doc ID 2433931.1)

After successful Upgrade of primary OMS to 13.2, Upgrade of  additional OMS fails at  64% (OMS Configuration) with below error:

Log file: <OMS_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/omsca/omsca_<TIMESTAMP>.log
