Symptoms
EM 13.2
Database target is version 12.2 or Database target has been upgraded to version 12.2
When collection runs on database target metrics, it returns Metric Collection Errors for the metric "Response", Error Type "Collection Failure" and Message "No such metadata"
also on the Incident Manager page, for target database instance, it returns "Metric evaluation error start - No such metadata".
The same problem can occur with 12.2 ZDLRA database instances.
