Symptoms

When using Fleet EMCLI command to UPDATE_SIHA following errors are triggered: "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"

 $ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="update SIHA" -purpose=UPDATE_SIHA -target_type="has"    -target_list="has_<target_name>" -normal_credential="<Cred_name>:SYSMAN"
-privilege_credential="<Cred_Name>:SYSMAN"
