Getting Agent image using emcli get_agentimage fails with Exit with Status 127

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, downloading the Agent software using the emcli get_agentimage fails with following error message:
$emcli get_agentimage -destination=/home/oemagent/vis -platform="Linux x86-64" -version=13.2.0.0.0
Space free : 61 GB
Space required : 1 GB
Check the logs at /data/Middleware/oms13c/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/emcli/setup/.emcli/get_agentimage_2018-08-06_13-35-12-PM.log
Downloading /home/oemagent/vis/13.2.0.0.0_AgentCore_226.zip
