Symptoms

Repository-side Metric Extension (ME) is being freshly created in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control and thresholds are set to it. If this Repository Side ME is included in a Monitoring template, the collection frequency is changed from the actual value (for example, every 15 minutes) to Event driven.
