OMS Version: 13.2.0.0.0

Update SIHA JOB failed with below error:

$emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Update SIHA" -purpose=UPDATE_SIHA -target_type=has -target_list="XXXXXX_HAS" -normal_credential="XXXXXX:sysman" -privilege_credential="XXXXXXXX:sysman"
