OLT Report Showing Wrong Pass Total and Incorrect Names for Executed Steps (Doc ID 2448428.1)

Symptoms

 

OLT reports are showing invalid pass totals and incorrect step names when a script is executed for a long duration. Short executions do not show the same behavior.

 

For example, this screenshot where the step name is listed as a hexadecimal code instead of the recorded step name:

 

 

 

Another example is this screenshot where the step result is showing as 0 instead of the correct value:
