Deploying 13c agent fails with the error:

In the above error, the temp space is being considered as /s01/ORACLE/tmp. However there is no /s01 on the remote host.

SCRATCHPATH variable was passed in the additional parameters which is not getting picked up. Verified that the TMP variable is not set.
