EM13c : Adding Source database to AWR failing with EMDB-00737 (Doc ID 2459578.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, When adding a new source database to AWR, the operation is failing with:

EMDB-00737: DB version should be greater than 10.2 and not greater than that of the AWR warehouse database. Version check failed for target: <DB_NAME>
