Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Oracle Database is being discovered with the following parameter set in the sqlnet.ora:

SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER=12a

Performing a test connection during the discovery or when going to Oracle Datatabase --> Target Setup --> Monitoring Configuration and performing a

test connection after setting the above parameter, the following error is encountered:
