Symptoms

Applying  patch to a cluster and in the process of analyze phase fails:

PREREQ_NAME:Checking and obtaining the RAC target properties.
PREREQ_DESC:Checking and obtaining the properties of the selected targets.
PREREQ_TYPE:TARGET_STATE
PREREQ_STATUS:FAILED
PREREQ_MESG:Property "OracleHome" is not found for target "CLUSTER_NAME" of type "cluster"
PREREQ_REMEDY:MANUAL
PREREQ_REMEDY_DETAILS:Refresh the dynamic properties of each involved target as#@#@#@#@1. On host myhost_name : #@#@ emctl reload agent dynamicproperties -upload_timeout 600 cluster_name:cluster#@#@ emctl reload agent dynamicproperties -upload_timeout 600 cluster_name:cluster#@#@ emctl reload agent dynamicproperties -upload_timeout 600 cluster_name:cluster
