Symptoms

Trying to upgrade the Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control from 13.1 to 13.3 fails.

Stack observed from <Middleware_Home>/cfgtoollogs/pluginca/gcupgrade/configplugin_prereq_check_<time stamp>.log file:

INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms:EM-01410: Following invalid objects are found in EM repository.
