Symptoms
Patch Plan Analysis Fails:
PREREQ_NAME:GCCheckPatchDownload
PREREQ_DESC:Check if all the required patches have been downloaded successfully.
PREREQ_TYPE:PATCH_STATE
PREREQ_STATUS:SUCCESS
PREREQ_MESG:No need to download any patch.
Processing Targets on host "xxx", home "/oracle/home/12102" ...
Obtaining the listeners running from home "/oracle/home/12102" ...
ERROR: Exception occurred while analyzing patch!ExpressionEvaluationException: Below error message was returned while executing this Computational step.
