EM 13.2 User is not prompted to enter Credential for Pluggable Database Performance menu option such as SQL Monitoring. (Doc ID 2475179.1)

Symptoms

 Administrator navigates to the Pluggable Database Home page and clicks at the Performance Menu. Some menu options in the performance menu prompt the Administrator to select the Credentials vs other options do not.

Named Credentials are setup for Database Administrators to connect to Pluggable Database to perform Tuning and Administration task. However, when the user clicks on Performance menu from the Pluggable Database and selects SQL Monitoring, there is no prompt for Database Connection. However, if the user selects other menu options, there is a prompt to enter the Credentials ( Named Credentials).
