Symptoms

EM 13c with 12.1.0.2 Repository database.

After applying the Windows DB Bundle Patch 12.1.02.181016 and OJVM 12.1.02.181016 Bundle patches 28563501 and 28412299 to the repository database,

All EM DBMS_Scheduler jobs show status Green but the next scheduled run shows invalid (red X).
