Discovery of Exadata InfiniBand switch times out when using non default community string (Doc ID 2485007.1)

Symptoms

When trying to discovery an Exadata Database Machine timeout errors will occur when testing the credentials for the InfiniBand switches if a non-default v1 or v2c community string is used. If the user proceeds past the validate credentials step discovery of the switch fails. A non-default community string would be any string other than public or private. This issue does affect switches discovered using snmp v3.
