Goal

This document shows the Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control user how to create a Monitoring Template, apply it on all related targets, then validate it after applying the template.

This method can allow the user to disable alerts for "user sys logged on from " on all database targets or on selected targets, for instance.
