現象

この問題は EM 12.1.0.1 で最初に確認されましたが、EM 13c でも解決策は有効です。

以下のエラーを伴いコマンドが失敗します。

<Agent instance base>/agent_inst/bin/emctl upload agent

fails with the following error:

<Agent instance base>/agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log reports the following error /exception

'emctl status agent' コマンドで以下の 'unknown/none' が確認できます。
