EM 13c: Cluster Target Not Showing Any Value in mgmt_rac_services View (Doc ID 2495836.1)

Symptoms

Some of the cluster target does not have any corresponding metric data in the mgmt_rac_services view. The corresponding targets are visible/managed in Cloud Control.

Running <AGENT_HOME>/bin/emctl getmetric agent <cluster_name>,cluster,mgmt_rac_services does not return any output.

Running a runCollection in Debug mode on the EM Agent will shown:

<AGENT_HOME>/bin/emctl control agent runCollection <cluster_name>:cluster mgmt_rac_services shows following issue in emagent_perl.trc :
