Symptoms

While trying to open Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) Administrator, Test Manager (OTM), or Load Tester (OLT), a 404 error page is displayed.

The Weblogic AdminServer console is able to be accessed at http://<HostName>:<OATS PORT>/console/

Below error is reported under <OATS_INSTALL>/logs/wls_oats.log
