Symptoms
An Oracle High Availability Service (HAS) target shows metric evaluation error in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.
The <Agent instance base>/agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log shows the following error:
<TIME STAMP> [57:4FA51AF2] INFO - Target: [has.<HAS TARGET NAME>] is broken: Get dynamic property error (code=0x4)
<TIME STAMP> [57:4FA51AF2] INFO - Target: [has.<HAS TARGET NAME>$1] is broken: Malformed process output: java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1 (code=0x4)
<TIME STAMP> [57:4FA51AF2] INFO - Target: [has.<HAS TARGET NAME>$1] is broken: Malformed process output: java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1 (code=0x4)
The "emctl getmetric agent" command also shows the error:
