Symptoms
Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control can suppress certain incidents with a character string filtering function defined using REGEX, so a user can ignore certain errors which are not of concern.

However, when incident suppression is set to filter on the "BEA-101020" character string as follows in the agent's <AGENT_BASE>/agent_inst/sysman/config/emd.properties file:
this setting does not work and incidents are still raised for the BEA-101020 error.
